Our History
In 1987, IPS Roofing Products became the first company to produce a multi-size adjustable residential roof vent flashing. In 1997, IPS Roofing Products became the first company to offer colored residential roof vent flashings. Today, IPS Roofing Products offers the only plastic residential roof vent flashing that complies with the Florida Building Code (#FL3066-RI).
In 2017, IPS Roofing Products launched a full residential ventilation offering, including the SmartVent™, SnapCap™ and Off-Ridge product lines.
